The Villa sleeps 2-6 people comfortably and includes a Kitchenette, Fireplace and Jacuzzi Tub.

The Romanza Suite has a queen bed and is perfect for couples. Note: When couples rent the Villa they get the entire Villa to themselves for $225 per night. (Couples do not use the upstairs loft)
The Cathedral Loft has two double beds and two twin beds; great for groups and families.

Summer Rates (Memorial day to September 30, 2008)
Singles/Couples: $225.00 per night
Families and groups use both the Romanza Suite and the Cathedral Loft

4 People: $285 6 people $385

Winter Rates (as above) Couples $189.00 per night for entire Villa
More than two people - $50.00 per each extra person.
